Zero Friction Fat Loss Program Review – Scam Or Legit?

There has been a big buzz going around the internet about a so called “Zero Friction Fat Loss” program that can allegedly assist you in losing up to 12 pounds in 15 days.

The 5 Nasty Lies That Keep You Fat:

Big Fat Lie #1:  “Feeling Hungry Means You Are Burning Fat.”  Ha!  This is exactly what I thought when I first started my weight loss journey.  I’d try to semi-starve myself thinking that this way I’d lose weight.  But in fact, Zero Friction Fat Loss taught me that when you go hungry your body actually shuts down the calorie-burning processes and instead stores any fat you have for later use.

Big Fat Lie #2:  “Sit ups will give you six-pack abs.”  The truth is you cannot get a visible six-pack simply by doing sit-ups, unless you are already skinny.  To get visible abs, you need to shed the pounds from your belly and then you’ll notice your abs will begin to show.  The Zero Friction Fat Loss program explains how you can slim your body without even breaking a sweat! Now who doesn’t want that?

Big Fat Lie #3:  “Low Fat Foods Help You Lose Weight.”  I was shocked to learn that low fat foods actually have prevented me from losing weight!  Zero Friction Fat Loss explains that these low fat foods contain chemicals that replace the nutrients our bodies need in order to function properly.  Replacing these nutrients with chemicals forces our body to go into “lock down” mode and causes our body to store more of that fat that we don’t want!  Apparently, it’s eating foods that we already love in the right rotation that will make our body burn twice the amount of fat.

Big Fat Lie #4:  “Joining a support group will keep you motivated.”  I didn’t understand why this was a “lie.”  But it now makes sense.  The big diet franchises DON’T WANT us to lose the weight fast.  They want to make it a sloooowww process.  Why?  Because the faster we reach our weight loss goals, the faster they lose customers.  I was dismayed by this realization.  The only motivation you really need is the results you see in your mirror.

Big Fat Lie #5:  “Celebrities lose weight using these products, and so can you!”  Zero Friction Fat Loss explains it best:  “If Fad Diets Really Worked, Oprah Would Still Be Skinny…” it’s nothing against Oprah, but these celebrity-endorsed diet products forget to explain that celebrities have personal trainers, live-in chefs, oh and that their pictures are airbrushed!  Also, d’ya know that it’s the drug companies who own the magazines where diet products are heavily advertised?  Seeing a pattern now?  Disgraceful!
